1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Order Processing
- Orders placed on our website (“platform”) are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Once confirmed, orders are dispatched within 24 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Standard Delivery
- Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or in remote areas not covered under standard courier zones.
- Currently, we ship to all major cities and towns across India.

3. Delivery & Address Guidelines
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, our delivery partner will attempt to coordinate with you via the provided contact number.
- Delivery Attempts: Delivery will be attempted at least twice. If unsuccessful due to unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact number, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
RTO (Return to Origin) Conditions
- Once the order is marked RTO and received back at our facility, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
- We do not re-attempt delivery on RTO-marked orders. You must place a new order on the platform if you still wish to purchase.
- Orders once marked RTO cannot be rescheduled for delivery.

- During festive seasons or public holidays, shipping and delivery times may be delayed.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- We will assist in tracking the shipment or arranging a replacement order in coordination with the shipping provider.
7. Address Change After Order Placement
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
- We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.
